This is a program for preschool children ages 3 to 5 years. There is a 10 week session in fall that begins shortly after school starts. Another 10 week session is held after the Christmas break and a shorter 5 week session in spring.
The program consists of finger-plays, songs, stories, a craft, and snacks provided by parents. Story Hour is held on Thursdays and you may choose the morning session from 10:00 - 11:00 am or 1:30 - 2:30 pm.
Parents are required to remain in the building, but may browse the library if their child is comfortable without them. Some parental assistance is needed during craft and snack time.
Registration begins 2 weeks prior to the start of the session and dates are posted well in advance.
